Terms & Conditions

The client is at liberty to sell the boat themselves and will only pay a 3.5% fee if AquaTrader brings the buyer.
There are no hidden fees only 3.5% total fee of final sale price.
There is no term length and the client is free to sell elsewhere at any time.
The client will pay a 3.5% fee within 7 working days of an invoice being sent (this will be sent at the same time as the sale completes).
AquaTrader will hold a deposit equal to your fee. After completion this will be used to pay your fee and the final amount owed will be sent direct from the buyer to yourself. Should the boat fall through for any reason outside the allowed parameters such as subject to Hull survey, 75% of this amount will go the seller and the remaining 25% to AquaTrader. At which point the boat will be re-advertised.
By completing this registration the client agrees to all terms stated in the document.
