Maisie ellen is a 46″ cruiser stern built by Fernie boat builders in 1989, powered by a reliable shire engine. Hull survey 2024 blacked 2024.
The hot water system is from a calorifier or immersion heater when connected to the shoreline, ensuring you stay warm during the winter months with a multifuel stove. Power is supplied by a 12V electrical system, supplemented by a 240V system when plugged into the shoreline or through an inverter/charger, installed new in 2024. The 12V batteries are charged via a solar panel mounted on the roof, with three new leisure batteries and one new starter battery. The boat will also come with a new Boat Safety Certificate (BSS) valid from 2025 through 2029.
The large 7′ cruiser stern features a new pram cover fitted in 2024. As you enter from the stern, you’ll find the bedroom, which offers two small single beds or a convertible cross-over double. A wardrobe is located on either side. Moving forward, you’ll enter a corridor with a cassette toilet and a separate shower room, as well as a dressing area. Beyond that is a U-shaped kitchen area, complete with a highly sought-after oven, two-burner hob, and grill. It also features a full-sized 12V fridge with a freezer box. The cosy lounge area is furnished with a new sofa bed, which can be easily converted, and leads out to the well deck. The well deck’s gas locker holds two 13kg gas cylinders.
The interior is in good condition, with some areas ready for personal updates to suit your preferences. This boat is ready for cruising right away.
