Position Summary: As a Sales, Marketing & Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to expand AquaTrader’s market presence and clientele. This multifaceted role requires an ambitious, self-driven individual who thrives on sales, has a flair for marketing, and can effectively develop and maintain client relationships. Your responsibilities will span across sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, providing a diverse and engaging work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise boats online to attract potential buyers and sellers
• Conduct sales calls to connect with prospective clients and promote AquaTrader’s services
• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base through targeted outreach
• Manage the administrative aspects of contracts and agreements
• Foster and nurture customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Organize and manage boat viewings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets
• Occasionally attend viewings and meetings as needed
• Contribute to the overall business development strategy
• Collaborate with the team to devise and implement effective marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Highly ambitious individual with a strong drive to succeed
• Demonstrates proactive initiative and accountability
• Innovative thinker with the ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Sales experience is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of boats is a plus, though not required
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
• Full UK driving license is preferred but not mandatory
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* to C or equivalent
