The whole of the interior has been built with maintenance in mind and can be disassembled.
Neil: 70 horse Mitsubishi S4E
Fork lift engine converted by SAB. Bottom end rebuilt, gearbox new bearings and seals. Alternator, starter, w/ pumps, injectors, all serviced. Rig has had about five years use. Main and Genoa were valeted and put away. The mizen is brand new, used once. There is a cruising chute. Internally she needs water tanks fitting and plumbing. Stern heads need finishing. Dog house needs bolting up and some canvas. INVENTORY

Mizzen – In Preston awaiting pick up with spares. Brand new but for being used twice.
Cruising chute – in Preston.

Re rigged in 2005 with 5 years use afterwards, up to about 3 thousand miles max
Replacement booms to be finished off and fitted as improvement to sail handling.
