This Kha Shing Trader 44 is a classic 7 to 8 berth long range live aboard seaworthy motor yacht and is built to a very high standard. And has had new upgrades to the electronics, bow and stern thrusters, davits, upholstery, anti-vibration and couplings, engine mountings, racor filters, new cutless bearings and much more.
All the varnish work has been stripped right back and revarnished to a high standard through out. The master suite consists of an island bed which is also a king size and is really comfy with loads of storage and a writing desk area, the master suite consists of a bath with shower over and electric flush toilet and an instant hot water tap and shower head.
The forward cabins are a comfy size for guests and a nice size forward heads .In the main saloon the galley which can be completely hidden away even the washing machine is tucked away and there are masses of work top area and deep twin sink with an instant hot water tap as well as your pressurised hot water.
There is also a 6 seating marine yacht dining table with a very heavy weighted pedestal made of brass, all chairs seats are on solid brass swivels, and a 6 seater lounge area. There is a very large aft deck with a table cube dining area and two large plastic storage lockers, the fly bridge is also very large and great for entertaining along with the best of views whilst underway.
The winch is a Simpson Lawrence 400 windlass and there are two anchors (2 xCQR) exact length of chain unknown. There are plenty of fenders along with horse shoe life buoys. You will see all the windows doors and hatches port holes, have had covers made for them at great cost to combat condensation in the winter months , clear view glass and complete cover when leaving for long period’s also to protect the teak varnish work when not in use.
The boat is fitted with two types of heating source wet heating (radiators) and blown air heating, both of which run from the diesel in the tanks. As you can see in the pictures the oil lamps they are not for sale along with the red tool boxes in the engine room.
Being sold with the boat is a 13.6 ft ridged inflatable with 20hp Yamaha 2 stroke it is a great little runabout. If you are looking for an all in package live aboard travel anywhere and very economical engines to run then this trader is worth a look you won’t be wasting your time.

Other electrics; Deck wash, under water lights at the stern , also lights on the rear of the bathing platform, 12v fridge, 240v freezer. Deck lights, spot lights, bridge deck lights, inside floor lights, 2x tv’s with dvd’s. All the lighting through out the boat has been changed for LED’s.
Other extras; fire extinguishers for all rooms (powder type), fire blanket to galley, auto and manual extinguishers to engine room, 4 bilge pumps, 7 batteries 2 house, 2 engine, 1 for forward bow thruster, 2 for stern thruster.
