A beautiful, newly refurbished 65×6.9 ft narrow boat. The professionally designed interior has been fitted out to a very high standard.

The statement kitchen has bespoke birch plywood cupboards and solid oak worktops. It has been fitted with a free standing 4 burner hob oven and grill, and an under counter fridge/freezer.

The bathroom is fitted with a pump out toilet, sink and tiled shower cubicle. The shower expels the excess water via a Whale Gulper water pump.

Moving into the bedroom area. The bespoke build birch plywood double bed has been designed with under-bed storage. The room also has a 12 volt smart tv.

All of the electrics and plumbing are newly fitted. The heating system (Wabastow 5.5 KW thermo top C) has a smart Heatmiser control unit so it can be set on a timer according to your preferences. The system runs 3 radiators and is backed up by a Morso Squirel 5kW multi fuel burning stove. Water is heated in the 55 Litre Calorifier, which can be heated by the Wabastow central heating system, by running the engine or when plugged into shore power.

The boat’s electrical system consists of 4 x brand new leisure batteries, each 125 amp hours per unit, charged either by the engine or by the 3×350 watt solar panels on the roof. These go through a Victron charge converter. The boat has 12v and 240v sockets throughout, 240v runs through a Victron 2000w inverter.

The engine has been completely stripped and rebuilt so it is basically brand new and has only run for 20 hours or so. Most importantly, it has been newly blackened, new anodes fitted and surveyed passing with flying colours.

Outside, the boat has had a full repaint, so it will be protected against the elements for years to come.
