Built in 2004, “Drake” is barely two decades old, a rarity in the narrowboat realm. Subject to meticulous care, she underwent blacking and surveying in 2021, revealing her hull to be in impeccable condition, with pitting never exceeding 0.7mm on the base plate. Notably, this masterpiece was crafted by the renowned Cuttwater Boats, ensuring the finest craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
This boat is equipped with a 35hp water-cooled Barrus Shire engine, celebrated for its legendary reliability. The engine has been meticulously serviced and has very low total running hours.
